Votre mission
Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Service Clients au sein des locaux de Samsung Electronics France à Saint-Ouen.
Vous serez en contact régulier avec le reste de l’équipe Service Clients, nos centres de contacts et nos agences de réparation agréés.
Les caractéristiques principales de la mission sont :
- Gestion de projets autour des solutions utilisées par la division Service (Migration, upgrade)
- Rédaction de procédures et modes opératoires
- Compréhension des langages de développements VB, C#, ASP.NET, XML
- Support de niveau 2 des prestataires de Samsung sur les interfaces entre le S/I Samsung et le S/I des agences agrées.
- Escalade et suivi des demandes de support au siège Européen et au siège Coréen
Vos responsabilités
Décrire les responsabilités de manière détaillée
- Rédiger / participer à l’élaboration des Cahiers Des Charges pour initier les développements
- Rédiger des modes opératoires et des rapports d’activité
- Etre le lien entre Samsung et les partenaires
- Développement de routines et scripts en VB, C#, ASP.NET
- Implémentation des interfaces entre Samsung et les centres de réparation.
