About the Hiring Team
The Overseas Administration Department is an integral part of Tencent's global operations, responsible for establishing offices and overseeing administrative functions on an international scale. This dedicated team plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of Tencent's global initiatives by coordinating logistics and managing office-related tasks. With a focus on optimization and efficient management, the department contributes significantly to the overall success of Tencent's international endeavors.What the Role Entails
Clerical support
Company event and activities with other teams.
Logistical support such as ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth running of the office.
Management: maintain office filing and storage systems, visitor registration etc.
Support such as follow up on payments for suppliers.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
Who We Look For
Education and knowledge: Business administration, Communications, English language, or related field of working in a busy environment handling administrative matters
Attention to details
Articulate
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Flexible
Advanced level skills in Microsoft software
Bilingual English and Chinese to communicate with HQ in china
